Do I have to be a member to shop at POCO?

Everyone is allowed to shop at POCO, however membership is available. Membership is a one off, simple to join and best of all is FREE!

 

How do I become a POCO CLUB member?

Register online today, simply follow this link or come in store and speak to our friendly customer service team.

 

How do I purchase a bulky item?

Once you have chosen the product you are interested in, ask a member of our staff for assistance.

 

How do I bring a bulky item home?

There are three ways to get your products home.

1)      Pick-up your products at the customer pick-up area with your own vehicle

2)      Utilise the Drive Yourself Delivery Service and book the van to take your products home.

3)      Have the product delivered with one of our recommended delivery companies.

 

Can I use the Drive Yourself Delivery Service?

There are a couple requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to use this service such as valid driver's licence and credit card.

How do I book the Drive Yourself Delivery Van?

You can book the van at the customer service desk in-store.

 

Can someone help me plan and design kitchens?

POCO offers a kitchen design service. Using computer simulations, specially trained kitchen planners will assist you to plan and choose the kitchen that is right for you.

 

Do you have a showroom for kitchens?

POCO Blacktown has a number of kitchens on display including Block (Flatpack), Mix and Match and also some predesigned Custom Kitchens. Find out more.

 

What are the different finance options?

Can I apply for the finance options?

You can apply for the finance options online, if approved you can purchase in-store today.

 

Why are items sometimes out of stock?

Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalogue and brochures, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, POCO can estimate when a product should be back in stock. Because POCO products are manufactured throughout the world, there are sometimes circumstances which can cause delivery delays.

 

What if I want to have the products assembled?

POCO products are generally easy to assemble, require no special tools and self-assembly means not having to pay the cost of someone in a factory doing it for you. If you prefer we can recommend an independent assembly service.

 

If the product I bought is faulty or doesn't suit my expectations what should I do ?

If you change your mind, return your purchase to us unused, with its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The Exchange & Refunds desk is there to help you and our friendly staff will answer all your questions. View our full returns policy here.
